Overview
The 50-hectare Punggol Digital District (PDD) in Singapore, developed by JTC Corporation and designed by WOHA Architects, is a key component of the North Coast Innovation Corridor and plays a pivotal role in advancing Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative. While at Ramboll as Project Director, Shonn Mills led Ramboll's Smart City and Smart Technology consutlancy work for Punggol Digital District, including work associated with the development and implementation of the Open Digital Platfform (ODP) concept. Sustainability is at the heart of PDD's design. While at Web Structures as Associate, Giovanni Vigano, was responsible for structural engineering and advanced design services for Punggol Digital District. He promoted innovative integreated design solutions that contributed to reduce carbon footprint and optimize construction and envrionmental impact. This project was not undertaken by WWM Design Pte Ltd. The experience described above was gained by members of our team through their roles with previous employers.
