Overview
Msheireb Downtown Doha is a groundbreaking urban regeneration and transport-oriented development located in the historic heart of the city. Delivered in multiple phases, it was designed as a sustainable, walkable and culturally rooted district that revitalises downtown Doha. Phase 4 is a major component of the development, comprising 15 buildings - including the tallest in the district - supported by six levels of integrated basements. It introduces a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, retail and public spaces, strengthening connectivity and urban vibrancy. Located within Phase 4, Msheireb Station serves as the flagship interchange for the Doha Metro and is carefully integrated with the development above, creating a seamless transition between transport infrastructure and the surrounding commercial and civic spaces.
