Rajawali Place Office Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia – A 31-storey Grade A commercial office tower forming part of the landmark Rajawali Place mixed-use development in Jakarta’s Setiabudi district, alongside the St. Regis Hotel and Residences. The development features six basement levels, a high-performance façade designed to minimise solar heat gain while creating the appearance of a woven vertical surface, and premium architectural finishes and landscaping throughout. Designed by Gensler, the project achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum certification in recognition of its commitment to sustainable design and operations. While at Ramboll Group, Shonn Mills served as Project Director for the office tower, leading the multi-disciplinary engineering team through the design and delivery process to achieve the project's architectural, technical, and sustainability objectives. This project was not undertaken by WWM Design Pte Ltd. The experience described above was gained by members of our team through their roles with previous employers.
